Orders paid by credit card are approved automatically and defined to your account. Orders paid by bank transfer/EFT are approved within approximately 10 minutes on average.
Certainly. You can pay in a single instalment or in up to 12 instalments by credit card. Bank commission rates may apply to instalment payments.
Certainly. All you need to do is select the payment option as "Bank Transfer/EFT" during the order. Our bank account details will be provided at the final stage. You can deposit the relevant amount to the bank account that suits you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept PayPal as it does not operate in Türkiye.
Netislem provides boutique, VIP tailored services allocated immediately upon order confirmation, so refunds are not offered as a rule. Any approved exceptional refund is processed the same day, within 24 hours at the latest. Details are in the Service and Use Agreement.
