6 Core Features of Kubernetes Hosting

Production-grade container orchestration — the complete K8s ecosystem on Turkish servers.

Pod & Deployment Management

Create pods, update deployments and manage replica sets with kubectl. Rolling update and rollback strategies included.

Auto-Scaling (HPA/VPA)

Horizontal Pod Autoscaler kicks in as load increases. Resource optimisation with Vertical Pod Autoscaler. Zero-downtime scaling.

Load Balancing & Ingress

Traffic routing, SSL termination and path-based routing with Nginx Ingress Controller. Automatic certificates via cert-manager.

Service Mesh & Networking

ClusterIP, NodePort and LoadBalancer service types. Service mesh, mTLS and traffic policy management with Istio.

Monitoring & Logging

Metric collection with Prometheus and visualisation with Grafana. Centralised log management with ELK stack integration.

CI/CD Pipeline Support

Automatic sync with ArgoCD using a GitOps approach. Helm chart deploy, GitLab CI and GitHub Actions integration.

Supported Kubernetes Ecosystem

Use the complete K8s toolchain on Turkish infrastructure.

Your Kubernetes Cluster Ready in 3 Steps

From plan selection to production deploy — approximately 45 minutes.

1

Choose a Plan

Select a Kubernetes-ready VPS or cloud plan. Start with root SSH access, NVMe SSD and sufficient RAM.

2

Set Up Your Cluster

Initialise the cluster with kubeadm or managed K8s. Complete namespace, RBAC and Ingress Controller configuration.

3

Deploy & Monitor

Deploy your applications with Helm charts. Go production-ready with Prometheus monitoring and GitOps pipeline.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Kubernetes and which hosting plans support it?

Kubernetes (K8s) is an open-source container orchestration platform that automatically deploys, scales and manages your containers. Full Kubernetes support is available on Netislem VPS and cloud hosting plans. You can set up your own cluster with kubeadm and manage it with kubectl. Root SSH access lets you configure all K8s components freely.

What is the difference between Docker and Kubernetes?

Docker is a platform that packages and runs your applications inside containers. Kubernetes is an orchestration layer that coordinates those containers across multiple servers. Docker creates containers; Kubernetes distributes, scales, restarts and monitors the health of those containers across the cluster. Netislem hosting infrastructure supports both technologies.

What resources are needed for a Kubernetes cluster?

A basic Kubernetes cluster requires at least 2 vCPU and 4 GB RAM; a control plane and at least one worker node are needed. For production environments, 4+ vCPU and 8+ GB RAM with NVMe SSD storage are recommended. Netislem VPS plans offer flexible resource options that meet these requirements. Separate node configuration for etcd, API server and scheduler components is also supported.

Is Helm chart and CI/CD pipeline support available?

Yes. Helm package manager, ArgoCD GitOps pipeline and GitLab CI / GitHub Actions integration are fully supported in our hosting plans. You can deploy your Helm charts from your own chart repository and enable automatic sync from Git with ArgoCD. SSL certificate management with cert-manager and environment-based configuration with Kustomize are also available.
